Magdolna Költő, the financial and investment director of Resonator Kft. was born in 1955 in Tapolca.
She graduated in 1974 at St. Stephen Secondary School of Budapest at a special mathematics course.
She obtained a degree at Budapest University of Economic Sciences in 1979.
She started her professional career at Skála Coop, afterwards she filled different positions at CIB Bank between 1983 and 1994. During the period of 1990 an 1994 she was the executive director responsible for the Bank's credit activities.
She attended a professional international bank management course organized by Lloyds Bank in London in 1986. She pursued studies at International Institute For Management Development (IMD) at the course of financial management and controlling in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1991.
Since July of 1994 she has been the financial and investment director of Resonator Kft. Due to this position she is a member of the Board of Directors or Supervisory Board of several enterprises belonging to the interests of Resonator.
In 2006 she played an important role in the reorganization of Transelektro Industrial Group.
She is one of the shareholders of AirBridge Zrt, established in 2005, taking part in the privatization of MALÉV.
After the successful privatization in 2007 she was elected as president of the Supervisory Board of MALÉV.
She has advanced level Certificates of English and French, and an intermediate degree of German.
