After great achievement with Iranian National Team, which experienced the first Olympic Games ever, Toroman signed 3-year deal with Filipino Basketball Federation. His position will be National Team Project Director. Toroman has huge experience from the Asian countries. He led Iran to brightest basketball moments in the country's history. In Europe, Toroman used to work in Serbia, Poland, Belgium, Holland, Cyprus, Germany and Hungary. He also was a head coach of Serbian U22 National Team.
