Hey Everyone,

Just a quick update from Cayman with Mandy and Martin.

Mandy's current constant ballast training depth is 74m and Martin has now reached 100m in constant ballast Both are very strong and tomorrow, Friday, is our last training day before the first record attempt this Sunday.

We'll have video clips of the record attempts by each afternoon mid-week with the record attempts happening on the 21st, 23rd, 25th and 27th.
