An Oriental Shorthair was also diagnosed with PKD as the result of a necropsy."

Tehát itt is szembetűnő, hogy elsősorban a perzsa, himalája, egzotikus cicáknál fordul elő leggyakrabban, de találtak PKD-t a felsorolt fajtákban is.
