yeah, but as they say, they can only suspent the account.. So the user can simply start over with another account.

Unless they block your address etc too. Than it would be more difficult for the seller.

Anyway, I tried to find an email adress of ebay a few months ago to report the same problem. Couldn't find any. I think I mailed to abuse@ebay.com, but never got a reply...
