In Rio Grande do Sul, Delpo will undergo a procedure called BMAC (Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate) and will begin physical therapy the same day. Those responsible for the procedure will be the gaucho orthopedist Luiz Felipe Carvalho, specialist in regenerative medicine and the neuroscientist and specialist in Regenerative Biomedicine Cristina Bertolotto.

 

Ez valami őssejt alapú kezelés, amit pl. Ronaldo is kapott. A saját őssejtjeit kapja vissza, a gyógyulás felgyorsítása érdekében.
