ha mr így szóba került a garanciális probléma, ügyintézés, meg a megbízhatatlan kereskedők:-) Mutatnék egy érdekességet, egy eléggé egyoldalú levelezést a YATAS matrac gyárral. Tavaly ősszel történt a bejelentés. Ami nekünk mint megoldás maradt, hogy az önrész levonásával a matrac értékében választ a Vásárló egy másik terméket (remélem nem YATAS matracot:-) Ha esetleg bárki garanciális ügyintézésre panaszkodna:-))) Nos a levelezés:
