Just imagine that, in case you decide not to participate, you just stand up and leave that unwanted NLP lesson. A Targeted Individual has remotely transferred words repeated within his skull. How the „program“ works? The individual receives negative enforcement all the time when his perpetrators decide to feedback this way. Eliminating the target from his favourite activities, places, acts, making him disable to work properly.

However it IS a fact that number of Targeted Individuals are growing, since HAARP, Brain research programs, and semi-secret operations of DARPA, NSA, and CIA, an other fact is that number of medicine resistant schizophrenic patients are growing same way.

Another strange coincidence that 98% of Targeted Individuals are gay, what creates questions again. Admit it, mostly without close „family“-like relationships, becoming the most vulnerable being accused, eliminated, targeted, and used as guinea pigs. Further it is easy to „stamp“ on them/us that they/we have family rooted mental illness (divorces etc.). Suicides committed by homosexuals would be more easily understood, saying „he was lonely“, „depressed“, „made something“, and certainly family members, mothers, fathers are usually not involved in their/our private life, so after anything situation occurring, noone has any real information about their sons life.

Combining Gang Stalking, Voice 2 Skull and unavoidable “trance state” of radiated NLP, creates situations like a roller coaster even for the strongest person.
Isolated persons, stalked and later V2K-d can be anytime „stamped“ by the perpetrators themself, that they were, are, and will be mentally ill. They can be even „V2K“ blackmailed, simply via the technology. 
That would be mandatory to give chance for targeted individuals to explain their case, to figure about the possible motifs of their perpetrators, or figure out if covert activities, mafia activities, venedettas, minority issues are the point. (classic governmental gang stalking, predatory gang stalking, cause stalking )

There are countries where a TI has chance to live his life normally „simply“ knowing that, he is what he is, there are countries where they are hospitalised, forced, accused for “pre-set” street theater organised events.
Countries where HAARP based counterintelligence programmes are already known. Countries where HAARP activities are uncontrolled.

Again about the human side:  That could be a great way to start to interview the patients about their experiences about the periods if NLP, DARK NLP was involved or not. Certainly only a person“s own mind can be the only proof of the operation, explaining the way of the „communication“: type of sounds, linguistic patterns, digital experiences, tinnitus types. Matrix of these symptoms could be a great proof of the existence of these operations. And OS/EH experiences of individuals could surely lead somehow to the perpetrators.
