a lap ezen kívül új alapítású, és Montagnier érdekeltsége miatt kérdéses a cikk elfogadásának menete. ráadásul ő maga írja, hogy miért nem neves, elismert szaklapban publikált. ha annyira biztos az eredményekben, akkor pontosan ezt kellett volna tennie. így éppen ezzel tette gyanússá a folyamatot, lásd idézet:
