Nem érted. Ha ott a lakosság csinál egy aláirás gy?jtést, hogy márpedig az ? utacájukban nem lehet Mammut, akkor nincs aza az önkormányzat, amelyik meg merné kockáztatni, hogy mégis megépiti.
A kicsit off Mammut példa szépen mutatja az ökörmányzatiság gazdasági aspektusát. Az önkormányzatok /Olaszországban is/ együttműködnek a /nem csak multi/befektetőkkel. Néha megbánják, néha nem.
A te_befektedőd/én_befetetőm játéknak végtelen sok variációja van. Egy nagyobb régióban nagyobb a játéktér és a tét.
Úgyhiszem az új olasz miniszterelnöknek vannak befektetői tapasztalatai és kapcsolatai. És támogatja a régiókat. Szép nagy "homokozót" szeretne.
Az épitéshez az el?z? önkormányzat már kiadott engedélyeket. Hiána bukott meg a szociálliberális koalició (amiben a Mammut is szerepet játszott), a terület hasznositását a Mammut mögött álló befekette? csoport meg tudta akadályozni és ha jól emlékszem némi kártéritési igénnyel is fenyeget?dzött.

Az önkormányzat ellenében_nem_épülhetett volna meg.
Az önkormányzat akart védekezni és a Nemzeti Szinházat kérte az adott területre. Csakhát a a Mammutban érdekelt beruházók, már birtokában voltak a terület egy részének és ezzel bármi más felhasználást a területnek meg tudták torpedózni.
Még frappánsabb péda, a Zebehényi strand. Itt az önkormányzat valóban a starnd privatizációját támogatta a népszavazás eredmény elelnére is. Észak-Olaszországban azonnal megbuktak volna és új önkormányzatot választottak volna.

Padanians in the world
Individuals and communities in all parts of the world who come from or who have ancestors born in a Region of Padania must be helped to rediscover their ties with their place of origin. Contacts between regions and the development of Sister Cities can be among the various ways of recovering a source of historical wealth and natural enrichment deriving from different experiences. To achieve this objective, support should be given to the formation of associations of "Padanians in the World" which can act as points of contact for these individuals and these communities. Padania must stand ready to welcome its sons and daughters who wish to return home.
Kedves Mercurius, en csak idezetedet olvasgatom. Utolso mondata: Building the future federation of Europe ... will be the future goals of the Lega Nord Ez szerintem arra utal, hogy egy europai szintu foderacioban gondolkoznak.
Ha megnézed ma az EU parlamentjének összetételét, mindjárt távolabb kerül a régiónként csatlakozás álma, ami egyébként szerintem is jó volna, főleg a határontúli magyarok miatt (Csallóköz+Kisalföld, Erdély+Partium, Délvidék+Baranya és Belső-Somogy, Kárpátalja+Tiszahát).
A gazdasági húzásokban megnyilvánuló erő szerintem egy kicsit más ügy, mintha messzebbre nyúlnának a szálak, mint a kontinens határai -- nem gondolod?
Rosszul érted :). A lega szerint pl. Észak Olaszországnak két régió federációjává kell alalkulnia. A régióknak viszont er?sebb jogositványaik vakka, mint most az USA tagállamainak. A federilsta elvekhez jelenleg inkább a német Bundesrepublik áll köezelebb.
A nemzetek felletti állammal már most küzködnek. A federalisták szerint egy új, euróbürokrácia van kialakulóban, ami átközpontosit pénzalapokat és sokkal nehézkesebb, mint a már megszokott államaink bürokráciája.
Kedevs Mercurisu, ha jol ertem akkor a Liga a - szerinte elavult- nemzetallamokkal szemben tamogatja a termeszetes regiokat. S ezek foderaciojat. Ez szamomra sokkal inkabb egy amerikai, nemzetek feletti, nemzetektol fuggetlen modellnek
tunik, mind az EU jelenlegi strukturaja.
ez is egy aspektus. De szerintem egyszerübb megközelités, hogyha gond van a szomszédos országok Eu. csatlakozásával, akkor részenként is csatlakozhatnak, Eu régiók komponneseként.
Más.
Ez csak egy sz?k szelete a federilsta mozgalomnak. Fontsabb a gazdasági aspektusa. Ahol ugyan az országok lebontják a vámhatárokat, de az önkormányzatoknak megfelel? eszközeik vannak az ellen, hogy a multik maguk alá gy?rhessék ?ket. Hazai pédánál maradva: A környken lakók hevesen tiltakaztunk a Mammut megépitése ellen, mégis kaptunk mindjárt kett?t. Északolaszországban egy ilyen húzás elképzelhettelen lett volna, mert az önkormányzatnak vannak eszközei, hogy védekezhessen.
Jól teszik. Szerintem a határon túli magyarok tudnának, illetve az ő érdekükben lehetne eurorégioó ügyben valamit is kezdeni. Nekem pl. a Kárpát-medence nagyon sziompatikus kis eurorégió...
Nem is azért irtam, hogy belekössenek. Valójában a federilsta mozgalom sokkal szélesebb alapokon áll, mint gondolnánk. A különböz? euró régiók szervezése is t?lük indult el. Er?s az önkormányzitiság iránti elkötelezettségük és alulról felépül? állam kiépitésén munkálkodnak.
Egyáltalán nem 0, sőt. De szerintem nem fog mostanában belekötni senki. Az első bekezdés érdekesen hangzik Italy helyett Hungaryval, észak helyett nyugattal... (Mondjuk, baromira más a történelmük, úgyhogy ez csak érdekesség semmi más)
Megpróbálok lassanként belevágni a Lega Nord politikai felfogásának ismertetésébe.
Alapvet? koncepciójuk a federalizmus, ami száminkra azt jelenti, hogy Európát nem szabad egy arctalan Európai Egyesült Államokká összegyúrni, hanem a kulturális tradiciókon alapúló régiók Európáját kell létre hozni.

Prospects for the Future: The European Union of Regions
The problems which fuelled the rise of the Lega Nord in the early 1990s have certainly not been solved; everyone in the Italian political arena now talks of federalism, the League's key concept, but nothing has been done yet. The South of Italy is not closer to the North today than it was 5 years ago, and this is still the main factor preventing Italy from being a full member of the European Union.
After the turmoil in the political scene in the past few years, things are now silently settling down: most of the enquiries have been called off, the bribery scandals will soon be forgotten, most of the old parties are re-emerging under different names, as it happened in Eastern Europe; after a period of great hopes and active participation, people seem now to be disillusioned and disappointed. There is no doubt, though, that until the issues discussed before are tackled, a federalist movement like the Lega Nord can and must be active in our country, both at the national level and in the local communities; the League will survive and eventually gain support if it can foster the debate on the Italian Constitution and inspire a critical analysis of our last 100 years' history (before the League's struggles, we were simply not allowed to criticize the process of unification: we had to consider it the crowning episode of a glorious history).
The Northern League must stay outside and above the meaningless Left-Right scheme, fighting for its well-defined goal, against all other parties if necessary but at the same time trying to catalize transversal support among them. A stronger cultural basis is required to achieve this goal: the yearn for massive popular support driven by populistic slogans has to be put aside for a while, and the conduct must be subtler and more refined. The dreams of a revolution leading to the ultimate goal for many of us (full independence of the North) must not be confused with reality. Yet these dreams must survive: they may be eventually realized in a European Union based on a federation of Regions, after the dissolution of the nation- States (France, Italy, Germany); after all, the structure of the nation-State is a historical artifact functional to a given social and economic situation which will soon become obsolete. Building the future federation of Europe, as well as rewriting the Italian Constitution, will be the future goals of the Lega Nord and of the other federalist movements on the Continent.
