Michael Moore just wants to stay in the limelight and he would say outrageous things to remain relevant. He is in with the George Soros hacks, he is a communist and a one world government advocate.
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed." so law abiding Canadians also have the right keep and bear arms, including AR15 rifles...(Criminals could not care less about PM Trudeau's gun ban...)
Canada is the Great White North to me. The last time I visited Canada was back in 1983 and it was fun. I crossed the border at Detroit via the Friendship Bridge, drove to Toronto then on to Niagara Falls all the way up to Montreal. I would love to do it again (some day soon) once PM Trudeau decides to reopen the Canadian/US border (currently closed due to COVID-19 pandemic) .
Laurent Duvernay-Tardif says skip the Super Bowl party 🏈 The Canadian NFL star could have been playing with Kansas City this Sunday, but instead, he’s working on the front lines of the pandemic in Quebec | Full interview tonight on The National
Update on the Canada-US border: We’ve extended the current border measures by another 30 days. Non-essential travel between our two countries remains restricted until at least February 21st. We’ll continue to do whatever is necessary to keep Canadians safe.
Just got the letter in the mail... The City of Ottawa is trying to pave over one of the most beautiful parts of Mecanicsville - the little park and stand of trees between Burnside and the Parkway. They want it for a new Chinese embassy compound. If you want to send a comment to the city planner you have until Jan 15th, send it to allison.hamlin@ottawa.ca and add "D01-0119-0011 and D02-0219-0072" to the subject line. This is a unique area with old pine and oak trees, a place where owls nest and monarchs come in the summer for milkweed. This year, I saw many families using this park for a bit of space and fresh air. It would be a real shame to lose it.
“Doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals across the country have been doing incredible work to keep us safe - and that work continues with our vaccine rollout. This morning at the Ottawa Hospital, Patty Hajdu and I were able to thank a few of those involved.”
I’ll never forget this moment. It’s hard to believe that five years have passed since the first Syrian refugees arrived in Canada as part of Operation Syrian Refugees. They were fleeing conflict, insecurity, and persecution, and were greeted with open arms, open hearts, and an outpouring of support. Since then, many of these refugees have learned English and French, some have become successful students, and others are now Canadian citizens. New business owners and entrepreneurs have emerged, and countless others are giving back to their communities in thoughtful ways.
This is what is possible in a country that’s guided by inclusion, and the understanding that our diversity is our strength. To those who arrived as part of Operation Syrian Refugees, I hope you’ve felt safe and welcome these past five years. This is your home - and we’re so glad you’re here. https://bit.ly/372a2dE
