2. . Under normal circumstances, we process orders within five working days, though CD-R orders may take longer. Trans-Atlantic deliveries usually take an average of three weeks for items that are in stock. However, since the postal service can take significantly longer than three weeks in some instances (and considerably shorter than three weeks in others!), we cannot be held accountable for fluctuations in your delivery time. If you are in a real hurry, your package can be sent by a service of your choosing such as UPS, FedEx, Overnight or Priority Mail. It is very important that you discuss delivery options and preferences with us at the time you place your order so that we can add the appropriate shipping fees to your total.
3. When placing your order, please remember that it is your responsibility to let us know if you would like your parcel sent via insured or registered mail. Keep in mind that we live in an imperfect world with an imperfect postal system. Alas, we *cannot* accept responsibility for uninsured/unregistered parcels that are lost or delayed. If you would like us to send your parcel via registered mail, we will be happy to do so, but there will be a small surcharge.
