Liverpool to Katowice both flights departed on time and on arrival they were both 20 minutes early. Very comfortable and smooth flights and the crew very friendly and the service for a budget Airline was good.

Just arrived back from Kracow, Poland. All I can say is that the journey from start to finish was excellent. No flight delays, friendly and safety conscience in-flight staff, excellent transfers. In-flight catering was sparse but who needs a three course meal on a two hour flight ?? !! Wizz Air ranks far better than other low budget air companies we've used before. Very impressed all round and would certainly recommend Wizz Air.

Just completed two flights on Wizzair - Malmö to Warsaw and v.v. Am generally satisfied with the product that Wizzair offers; the price is right and buses to and from Copenhagen are scheduled to match with Wizzair's schedule. However, two things are not up to standard. I can live with the fact that in-flight catering is absolutely horrendous; I've never in my life tasted such a disgusting chicken/bacon sandwich as the one purchased onboard the flight. What simply cannot be forgiven is the staff's lack of concern for safety issues. I never in my life though that I would experience people actually completing cell phone calls inside the cabin during the entire flight (including on descent!). People's mobile phones were ringing constantly and the crew did nothing about it! I contacted the cabin crew about this only to receive the reply that 'yes, it's annoying that people use their cell phones'. I couldn't believe my own ears!
