Ha jól értem én a little bites, ez az úriember nem nagyon volt megelégedve a wizz szolgáltatásaival... De ha lenne egy kedves angolul tudó ember aki ezt lefordítaná, teljes terjedelmében akkor annak nagyon megköszönném...:))))

Wizz Air is possibly the worst budget airline I have ever flown (and I've flown on lots). Ticketing was a nightmare comedy of errors and there is nobody to speak to to try and get customer service... No replies to my calls or e mails. When we finally boarded our flight (over 2 hours late) we were taxiing down the runway and it transpired crew had counted incorrectly and we had to turn back. No apologies. When we reached Luton baggage took 45 minutes to arrive but we were told by Wizz - our responsibility is only to fly you - we have nothing to do with the luggage! What an attitude!
