Flew with Wizz last month. Apart from the flights there and back taking off half an hour late, they arrived on 10mins late, I have nothing adverse to say. Their staff were competent and the airline is as good as any other budget airline. I wouldn't hesitate to fly with them again.

Wizzair from Brussels (Charleroi) - Budapest. Plane - new Airbus 319 - very nice. In-flight service good - no food, just crisps and Hungarian wines for €3.00 a quarter-bottle. Website very easy to use for booking. Check-in at Budapest not at all well organised - the lines moved sideways, not forward! But it was done by Budapest airport staff, not Wizzair. |

Wizz Air is possibly the worst budget airline I have ever flown (and I've flown on lots). Ticketing was a nightmare comedy of errors and there is nobody to speak to to try and get customer service... No replies to my calls or e mails. When we finally boarded our flight (over 2 hours late) we were taxiing down the runway and it transpired crew had counted incorrectly and we had to turn back. No apologies. When we reached Luton baggage took 45 minutes to arrive but we were told by Wizz - our responsibility is only to fly you - we have nothing to do with the luggage! What an attitude! |
