Don’t worry! These things have teething problems. If things don’t go right and you’re not able to complete the form then you will be given a form to complete at customs. Having the QR code speeds the process up and ensures that everyone can carry on through just scanning. If there are problems, you will be able to sort them out at arrivals."

• All travellers must fill in a public health form, online at www.spth.gob.es, or using the free app SPAIN TRAVEL HEALTH (SpTH). After completing the form, passengers will obtain a QR code which they must present on arrival in Spain. |
