If you maintain residences in 2 countries, you can have 2 PayPal accounts as long as only one is a Premier or Business account.

Igaz, ez arra vonatkozik, hogy ha elköltözik valaki másik országba, akkor hogyan tudja megváltoztatni az országkódot. Sehogy, de itt pl írja h a megoldás az, ha 2 pp accountod van.
