Merchant Rates are determined based on sales volume from the previous calendar month. Here's how you can view the Merchant Rate Criteria and apply for the Merchant Rate:

1. 1. Log in to your account.
   2. Click Fees at the bottom of the page.
   3. Click the link in the Receive Money row.
   4. Click Merchant Rate Criteria at the bottom of the page.
