Megkaptam a valaszt a cseh vasutaktol - a karteritessel kapcsolatban (Metropol es a legutobbi Slovanos akcio utan erdeklodtem a kompenzacio mikentjerol). A kovetkezoket irtak:

 

Passengers` rights in European Union are governed by regulations of European Parliament and Council (ES) no. 1371/2007 dated 23th October 2007 concernig the rights and duties of passengers in railway transport.

 

On the basis of the given rights ES a passenger is entitled to a compensation of 25% from the fare in one direction (the minimum sum of this fare must be 16 EUR) in case of a train delay when he/she was transported to the destination according to the transport contract later by 60 and more minutes.

In case of 120 or more minutes delay the compensation is 50% from the fare in one direction, the minimum sum of the fare is 8 EUR.

 

The carrier is relieved from this obligation (the passenger is not entitled to any compensation) in case some of the following realities occured:

- a delay was caused by circumstances that are beyond the railway transport

 - a delay was caused by the third part (suicides, accidents, strikes, etc)

 - a delay was caused by force majeure (floods, bad weather conditions, etc.)

 

 

Ennek alapjan a Slovanos esetre kapok vissza 9.5 EUR-ot a 19-euros SPAR jegy felet kb. 264 koronat voucher formajaban, amit a CD penztaraiban tudok levasarolni, vagy ha ez nem felel meg, akkor banki atutalassal is elkuldik. A Metropolos esetre azt mondtak, hogy az rossz idojaras miatt tortent, igy arra nem jar visszaterites.
