If you think that the children of Jan Snopek and Juliana Skotnyar were born in Nagylóc, then you have to contact the Nógrád County Archive (Nógrád Megyei Levéltár). This is their website:

http://www.nogradarchiv.hu/

And here are the accessibilities:
(under "Kapcsolat velünk" -> "Elérhetőségek")

http://www.nogradarchiv.hu/id-187-elerhetosegeink.html

They can only give you data about births that happened more than 90 years ago (1919 or earlier), and only those marriages and deaths can be searched for, which happened before 1949 and 1979, respectively. As of 2010, 1920 births, 1950 marriages and 1980 deaths are not available to the public, because these entries are considered as private information. (This is the so-called 90-60-30 rule)
If you need data after the aformentioned dates, you have to contact the local goverment / mayor's office of Nagylóc, that's the only formal way:

Did you mean your mail was unanswered? Maybe no-one around there speaks English and, in this case someone has to translate the letter for you into Hungarian.
