Ha jól értettem, akkor vagy küldenek egy másikat vagy vissza térítik az árát, ezt az utóbbi választottam, mert elképzelhető, hogy pár hét esetleg pár hónap múlva mégis megjön, mint a legutóbb és akkor majd kifizetem.

Ha jól értem visszatérítik az árát, de előbb zárjam le az ügyet és értesítsem erről őket, hogy zárjam és milyen értesítés kérnek?!
Egyáltalán milyen értékelést adhatok, ha még sem árú, sem pénz nincs, negatívot nem adnék, mert nem biztos, hogy az eladó hibája?!
