Az email cím,amiben a purchase volt, a következő volt - invoice@ebay-purchase-protection.co.uk és ebből gondoltam azt,hogy nem átverés, illetve hogy a purchase-ben van egy 550Euro-s letét.
Bocs, most látom, hogy jófogás.hu. Akkor case-t se nyiss, mivel az egésznek semmi köze az ebay-hez, a levél amit küldött kamu. Egyáltalán beléptél az eBay-be, ellenőrizni bármit erről a tranzakcióról?
Tehetsz rendőrségi feljelentést, ez halottnak a csók.
Ezen túl gyűjtheted a pénzt a következő iPhone-ra, amit rendes boltban veszel meg és tanulsz az esetből.

A probléma egyértelműen az volt, hogy bár EU-ból jött (ezért nem lett vámos sztem), egy felújított készüléket csomagoltak úgy be, mintha új lenne, gondolom beletelt egy időbe. Ezért indíthatnék ügyet, mert újként volt árulva, de jó ez nekem így is, mert működik és ritka. Az érdemleges válaszokat köszi. Nem gondoltam, hogy itt ennyire elsokasodtak a trollok, így majd olyan helyen kérdezek inkább, ahol normális válaszokat kapok. Akinek persze nem inge...
Adtunk el akkor igen némi képregényt, meg könyvet. Főleg unokatesóm cuccait, de nem ütköztünk problémába, viszont valamikor 2012-ben a paypal szigorított, azóta feltérek venni ezt-azt, de azt hiszem, nagyjából csak EU-ból jött eddig postám, meg amcsiból pár.
Ha nem vesznek át valamit, s visszahozza a posta, tapasztalatom szerint nincs visszaküldési díj. Jött már vissza termékem (olcsó) Brazíliából, meg Finnországból is (innen drágább), mert valamiért a vevők nem vették át, de semmit sem kellett fizetnem.
(alább pedig idézve volt az Ebay szabályzat ide vonatkozó része is, h miért semmis az eladó visszafizetési kötelezettsége, ha hozzád hasonlóan inkorrekt egy vevő)
Nézd, én vettem egy nem túl drága, de ritka kütyüt, amit megtehettem volna itthon is, ha gondolok előtte arra, hogy EU-n kívül van. Nem adok el, viszont jópár híreket olvastam róla, hogy is megy ez az egész, úgyhogy az eladó kötelezve van a visszafizetésre.
